WavesPlus provides website features and other products and services to you when you visit or shop at WavesPlus.pk to use our products or services. WavesPlus provides the services subject to the following terms and conditions.​ By using Products or Services through WavesPlus.pk you willfully out of free will unconditionally agree to these below conditions.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS:

When you use any of WavesPlus Service, or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail / text message. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

COPYRIGHT:

All content included in or made available through any of the availed service, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips and data compilations is the property Solutions or its content suppliers and shall be protected and governed by laws of the land in Canada. All unwarranted copies of content are strictly prohibited and illegal.

YOUR LOGIN ACCOUNT:

If you register yourself with the portal, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility of authenticity of the information and for all activities that occur under your account or password. However, WavesPlus reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion with no damage or demure payable to you.

RISK OF LOSS:

Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of any WavesPlus Products / Service, or to any products or services sold or through WavesPlus.pk will be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Canada.​ We each agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated or representative action.

Delivery Policy:

  1. If any Order place after 5:00 pm, it will be process for dispatch next day only.
  2. Any order place on late weekend i.e. on Saturday post 5:00 pm, will be process for dispatch on Monday evening due to limited shelf life (as we have no pick up on Sunday from courier).​
  3. Shipping address & contact information should be correct and any delay in delivery due to any incorrect information would be sole responsibility of customers.​
  4. We use courier services for standard shipments
  5. For delivery on specific date (except holidays), please place your order at least 72 hours before delivery.​
  6. Payments can only be made by Cash on Delivery basis.​
  7. Please make sure that you are providing the entire information accurately specially the recipient’s Name, valid Address & Tel No.
  8. Wavesplus reserves the right to cancel any order or change it’s policies without intimations. In case the order is changed, any advance paid to the customer will be returned

Refund Policy:

Replacement – items not received in good condition: As the nature of the product is edible & perishable, The condition of the products needs to be checked by the customer at the time of receiving the order. There will be no refunds after the order has been received and payed for. The Customer is to confirm the products received have expiry date mentioned and in case of any issue regarding the expiry date the order is to be returned at the spot.

Cancellation Policy:

Order can only be cancelled before delivery is completed. 100% Delivery charges will be applicable on order cancellations by customer once order has reached.
